A: If you are a company having typically 1 - 50 vehicles and would like to have a fully hosted solution with nothing to manage than NTrack for you is the way to go. If you are a company intending to re-sale NTrack vehicle tracking services in your geographical area with your branding the NTrack for Resellers is the right choice. NTrack for Resellers can also be used for bigger organizations who would like to have their branding. NTrack for Enterprises is for those who want the software to be hosted on their servers. Here you get your branding and complete administrative control. No recurring fees to be paid in this case.

Q: Do I need to provide my own maps?
A: NTrack uses Google Maps which have excellent street level coverage for most part of the globe and their coverage is rapidly expanding. They also update their imagery on a regular basis. If your area has street level coverage in the Google Maps then nothing is to be done at your end.

Q: Do I need to buy trackers from you too?
A: NTrack supports variety of trackers available in the market. We can suggest you the right tracker for your application which you may choose to buy directly or through us. Generally speaking, buying through us is advantageous because we would be able to provide the vital accessories also and test everything which may not be possible if you buy directly.

Q: I don't know much about computers. Is this business for me?
A: Some basic knowledge of computers is required. You may go in for NTrack for resellers where we host the server at our end, manage it as well as manage the power and the internet bandwidth. Your job is to just create / manage user accounts, do the tracker sales and installation and collect the monthly fees.

Q: I have understood the concept and want to start the business. What should I do?
A: The first step would be to buy an evaluation kit (starter kit). This would enable you to test everything at your area using our servers. We will set up a demo account for you on our server and provide you all the necessary assistance to understand the complete concept. Once you are done with the evaluation you can choose to go for NTrack for resellers or NTrack for Enterprises and order the required number of trackers and get going.
